On very rare occasions when an item is unfortunately damaged in transit, we will offer immediate replacement of the damaged goods. Before signing, please ensure that you carefully inspect your goods for damage. Please report damages or missing parts within 7 days from delivery.

If you wish to return any goods, please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will always strive to resolve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 7 days of the date of receipt of the goods, returned to us in re-saleable condition, in its full original carton/box. Post & Packaging charges are NOT refundable. Cost of returning the item will be at the buyers own expense. 

This is very important because we are unable to replace damaged goods that have been signed for.
